Common problems

A website is still not fixed after cleaning

Start with the current-site cache fix and reload the tab. If the issue is sign-in or saved site state, explicitly choose site data only when you understand it may sign you out.

Scheduled cleaning is unavailable

Scheduled and browser-start cleanup are Pro features. Open Pricing or start the seven-day no-card Pro trial from the extension License screen.

My Pro key does not activate

Paste the complete key from the purchase email, including every dash. Retry from Options › License, then use License Help if you need the recovery email.
