Extension data
Browser Cleaner Pro does not read the contents of your browsing data. It asks the browser to remove selected data types such as cache, download history, browsing history, cookies, form data, local storage, IndexedDB, file systems, service workers, and cache storage.
Local storage
Settings, profiles, local backup inputs, cleaning history, local insight totals, Pro settings, and license state are stored in browser extension storage. Cleaning history records mode, time range, selected data types, result status, timestamps, and an estimated reclaimed-space amount when available. It does not store URLs, page titles, cookie values, or form contents. Backups do not include license credentials.
Optional local analytics
Analytics is off by default. If enabled, the extension stores a limited set of aggregate feature events locally, such as a successful clean. Those events never contain browsing activity, URLs, identity, or content, and are never transmitted.
Website and license data
This website stores license keys, plan type, customer name and email, checkout references, activation count, and browser activation identifiers so paid licenses can be issued and validated. The extension sends only its license key and browser activation identifier for this service; browsing data is never sent to the website.
Payments
A third-party payment processor handles paid checkout. Payment card details are processed by the payment gateway, not by this website. This site stores customer, subscription, and checkout identifiers needed to reconcile license access.
Contact messages
If you send a contact message, the website stores your name, email, message, and submission time so the request can be answered.
Email delivery
License key emails and contact notifications are sent through Microsoft Graph from the configured support mailbox. Payment card details remain with the payment processor and browser cleanup data is never included in email.
